The Turkey Neck with Mild Hanging Skin-The Neck Only Procedure:

Turkey Neck

In these cases, liposuction is combined with a tightening of the neck muscles. Three incisions are used. One under the chin and one around each earlobe. Usually done under light to moderate sedation. The usual operating time is about one hour. Again this is an out-patient procedure. A drain is frequently used and a dressing applied which is best maintained for four days. Some bruising seen and return to aerobic activities at two weeks. Very little discomfort. An elegant, minimal incision technique, with limited down time and no facelift scars. Men love this procedure and we frequently hear,"Just the neck doc, just the neck."
